Shipping & Handling Policy
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs by registered mail. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we take every precaution to carefully pack your items for shipping, insure them and deliver them with guaranteed safe arrival.
We understand that you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible. But sometimes an item that is particularly popular, or during peak periods an item can be sold out faster than we receive more items. We apologize, in advance, for any delays if this does occur. We will notify you of any back order situations, so you may change your order or choose to wait. We appreciate your patience.
Products may be returned within 20 days from receipt of your order for store credit only (excludes shipping & handling charges). Store credit must be used within 90 days or it will be forfeited. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The original picking ticket must accompany merchandise.
